A tribute to famed NFL football defensive star and one-time Christian preacher Reggie White, of blessed memory. His untimely passing on December 26, 2004 was a great loss to the world. Most knew him as one of the greatest football players to ever live. But he was also a deeply spiritual man who had a burning desire to uncover the Hebraic roots of his Christian faith. Upon retiring from the NFL, Reggie began a prolonged spiritual journey, withdrawing from the Church, and eventually from the Christian community in a quest to discover the origins of Christianity. The same drive and passion that made Reggie a standout on the football field enabled him to study Hebrew for hundreds of hours and to learn to read the Bible in the original Hebrew script.
